Afgan Hijackers win Court of Appeal
UPDATE: On the 3rd August 2006 the Court of Appeal rejected the Home Office appeal against the decision of Mr Justice Sullivan. The appeal court, headed by the Master of the Rolls, unanimously ruled that the judgement below was "impeccable." D
