The Court of Appeal held today (in a majority 2:1 judgment), in Fitzroy George v Secretary of State for the Home Department that whilst the making of a deportation order invalidates a person's leave to remain, any subsequent revocation of the deportation

High Court upholds tenant’s human rights
The High Court today, in an unprecedented development, upheld the dismissal of a claim for possession against an Introductory Tenant on the basis that eviction would infringe his human rights.
