Disrepair and fitness for habitation

This seminar will look at Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 containing the new statutory implied term in tenancy agreements that a property is fit for habitation when the tenancy is granted and remains in such condition for the remainder of the tenancy.

It will also provide an update on recent cases involving disrepair.
