Jo Wilding was interviewed on BBC 5 Live, BBC Radio Scotland and other local BBC stations about the apparent delay to Roman Abramovich’s investor visa. Abramovich appears to have been caught in the additional checks on investor visa renewals for those first granted visas before April 2015.

Jo also wrote an article for ‘The Conversation’ explaining relating to Roman Abramovich and his visa application.

Jo Wilding is a member of the Garden Court Chambers Immigration Team. She is currently on sabbatical at the University of Brighton working on a PhD on legal aid for asylum and immigration work, provisionally called ‘The Business of Asylum Justice’.
