The three leading medical charities providing care and support to victims of torture in the UK; the Helen Bamber Foundation, Freedom from Torture, and Medical Justice, have been granted permission to intervene in this case before the UK Supreme Court.

The court will provide guidance on the correct approach to medical evidence in asylum cases alleging torture.
