Garden Court barristers appointed as panel counsel to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC)

We are delighted to announce that 12 members of Garden Court Chambers have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission's (EHRC) preferred panel of counsel.

The panel of counsel are a group of preferred suppliers of legal services who do work for the EHRC under a framework agreement. Panel members provide advice and representation to support the EHRC's legal and enforcement work in British and European courts. 

Members of the panel have been appointed to serve a four year term, from 2024 to 2028. Panel members are appointed following an open and transparent competition.
