Alex Taylor-Camara of the Garden Court Criminal Defence Team acted for the defendant, instructed by Sashon Samuels of Dexter Henry & Co Solicitors.
The teenager, aged 16 at the time of the offence, had been accused of stabbing a man in the back and upper body. The incident took place in full view of multiple people and was recorded on CCTV. The injuries received were life-threatening.
