  • inform you of strengthened rights of access to personal data and rectification
  • provide tactical and practical methods to overcoming obstacles to accessing personal data relevant to immigration and citizenship status
  • draw on public law and human rights principles

This event will focus on accessing records under the new Data Protection Act 2018.
