Returning someone home abroad – How does repatriation work in the Court of Protection?
With more and more people deciding to relocate to different parts of the world, in this webinar we consider the jurisdictional and practical issues encountered in cases when the Court of Protection is having to consider whether it is in a person’s best interest to;
1. Return / live permanently in a country abroad.
2. Travel on a temporary basis to visit family and friends abroad.
This webinar will entail an examination of the law and procedure in the Court of Protection for the repatriation or movement of persons lacking capacity to other countries.
