This seminar is aimed at solicitors, advice workers and others whose clients include asylum-seekers, failed asylum-seekers and other migrants. This seminar is an update of the law. There is a focus on asylum-seekers but it also includes other migrants in need of welfare support such as refused asylum-seekers, EU nationals and their family members.
