About the Speakers
Liz Davies is a housing practitioner with particular expertise in homelessness and the allocation of social housing. She is a member of the Garden Court Chambers Housing Team.
Giles Peaker, the guest speaker, is a partner in the Housing and Public Law team at Anthony Gold solicitors.
He is the editor of the Nearly Legal housing law site and current Chair of the Housing Law Practitioners Association.
Stephen Marsh is a specialist housing practitioner with expertise in social security law and welfare benefits. He is a member of the Housing Team and the Welfare Benefits Team at Garden Court Chambers.
