Garden Court Chambers’ Family and Immigration Teams are pleased to be supporting Chayn in the launch their new toolkit, How to build your own domestic violence case without a lawyer.  The toolkit aims to assist survivors of domestic abuse who often face multiple barriers when trying to access legal aid to fund their case. The toolkit is available to download on the Chayn website.

Hear Agnieszka Fal from Chayn, Louise Hooper and Rebekah Wilson from Garden Court Chambers, and a survivor of domestic abuse discuss how funding cuts are affecting immigration and family law in the UK and how this innovative toolkit addresses these issues.
