This seminar aims to provide a basic grounding in the most important concepts involved in Immigration Law, and in particular, the various forms of legal status under which persons (including children) enter and/or remain in the country. It will then seek to explore the operation of these concepts within a number of every day scenarios which arise within Family proceedings which have an Immigration Law element.
