The webinar will provide a practical guide to drafting threshold in respect of physical and sexual abuse. It will cover case law with respect to threshold and fact-findings hearings before going on to consider some of the practical points to consider when drafting threshold and or a schedule of findings.

Hannah Wyatt, Barrister, Garden Court Chambers (Year of Call: 2008)
Hannah specialises in family law, with a background in criminal law. Her practice is predominantly within care and adoption proceedings acting for Local Authorities, parents and children by their Guardians. She has a wealth of experience dealing with contested cases involving sexual, physical and emotional abuse, domestic violence, neglect, alleged spiritual possession, radicalisation and the causation of non-accidental injury.
Katherine Duncan, Barrister, Garden Court Chambers (Year of Call: 2014)
Katherine is a barrister specialising in family law relating to children. She is regularly instructed to represent Local Authorities in cases where there have been allegations of non-accidental injury, domestic violence, neglect, sexual abuse, and alcohol and drug abuse.
