Garden Court is extremely pleased to welcome Helen Foot back to Chambers. Helen returns from maternity leave to continue her practice in civil and immigration law.
Helen’s practice encompasses public and civil law with a particular focus on asylum, immigration and human rights. She also has extensive experience in judicial review proceedings within an immigration context.
On returning to Garden Court, Helen said ‘I’m delighted to be back at Garden Court and much looking forward to the rewards and challenges of my job, which I love.’
