Kate Aubrey-Johnson contributes to SRA youth court advocacy guidance

Kate Aubrey Johnson of the Garden Court Children's Rights Team has contributed to the updated Solicitors Regulation Authority's (SRA) 'Good practice guide for youth court solicitors'.

Kate Aubrey-Johnson is on the SRA's Advocacy Forum and contributed to the drafting of this guidance as a youth justice expert and children's rights specialist. 

She regularly advises on issues affecting children in the criminal justice system, she co-chairs the Ministry of Justice and Youth Justice Board Quality of Advocacy Working Group and is co-author of the leading textbookYouth Justice Law and Practice (LAG, 2019).
