Mark Gatley joins expanding Garden Court Crime Team

Mark is an accomplished senior junior with a heavyweight criminal defence practice. He specialises in serious and organised crime and has significant experience in cases involving fraud, financial services, drugs, sexual offences, murder and firearms offences. Mark recently defended Olof Schoon, the principal defendant in the Dutch Ambulance drug conspiracy, one of the largest drug conspiracies in English legal history. Mark is expanding his practice in health and safety and regulatory work. He also acts in inquests.

Mark was called to the Bar in 1993. He joins Garden Court Chambers’ Crime Team and the Fraud, Confiscation and Regulatory Team, winners of the Legal 500 Crime Set of the Year Award 2015.
