Mark Robinson has authored the opinion piece ‘Let’s talk about drugs’, which includes his reflections on 2024 as a criminal defence barrister, and the state of our criminal justice system, including proposing potential reforms to drug laws and to address court backlogs.

In the article, Mark writes “we simply cannot continue as we are, the backlog in the courts is not reducing and our adult population of those consuming illicit substances is not reducing.”
