Michael Hall and Lalith de Kauwe have secured acquittals at Harrow Crown Court for two men charged with wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm (GBH) and robbery.

After a six-day trial the jury took just minutes to unanimously find a father and son not guilty. In extraordinary scenes of jubilation in court the defendants went up to the jury box and shook each juror by the hand.

Michael and Lalith were instructed by Imran Khan and Partners.

Michael Hall and Lalith de Kauwe are both senior members of the Garden Court Crime Team.
