Oscar Davies is a multi-award-winning barrister and the first in the UK to be publicly recognised as non-binary and to use the title ‘Mx’ in court, championed by the press as a ‘legal first’.
Oscar has a broad civil practice that includes employment, discrimination, education and public law on which they deliver training and create content to increase understanding of and access to the law.
In 2025, Oscar won Changemaker of the Year Award at the King’s College London Distinguished Alumni Awards for their advocacy work inside and outside of court.
Oscar recently featured in Legal Business on practicing the law in a culture war.
