The six Palestine Action protesters charged over action against the Elbit Systems factory in Filton outside Bristol have been found not guilty of aggravated burglary. Three of the defendants, Fatema Zainab Rajwani, Zoe Rogers and Jordan Devlin, were also found not guilty of violent disorder.
Elbit Systems is Israel’s largest arms manufacturer and provides 85 per cent of the weapons used by the Israeli military.
Garden Court barristers represented four of the defendants.

There were several charges on which the jury could not reach verdicts.
The Prosecution have been given time to decide whether they wish to seek a re-trial in respect of those charges on which the jury could not reach verdicts.
