Stephen spoke to Times Radio about the legal implications of a case where a young autistic man, Patient A, was placed in confinement for over four years.

Patient A's mother is fighting to free her autistic son from a mental health hospital. Her 24-year-old autistic son, who also has a learning disability and Tourette’s syndrome, has been detained under the Mental Health Act in Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal since September 2017.

The case has been covered in The Times, ITV News, the Mirror and the Metro.
