Garden Court Chambers seeks outstanding junior advocates to join the country’s top rated immigration team.
Chambers is committed to human rights, social justice and equality. These principles are reflected throughout our work and embodied in our motto, “Do right, fear no one”. The most established immigration team in the UK with more specialist silks than any other chambers, team members have appeared in many of the landmark cases in asylum, immigration and family migration for the last fifty years. At the same time, we appear every day at grassroots level in cases which transform people’s lives.
We welcome applications from individuals who share our strong ethos and standards of excellence.
Successful applicants will be expected to cover work which is central to the Garden Court ethos, including publicly funded Tribunal appeals and urgent injunctions.
The opportunity is likely to suit applicants with up to eleven years post-qualified experience (PQE).
Should you want to discuss the process and anything to do with the application, do not hesitate to get in touch with our Immigration Team Convenors, Mark Symes, David Sellwood and Emma Fitzsimons via info@gclaw.co.uk.
To apply, please complete and return both the application form and equal opportunities monitoring form to Mia Hakl-Law, Chief Operating Officer, at miah@gclaw.co.uk.
Deadline: Friday 1 May 2026, 4PM
We consider applications on an equal opportunity basis and we are committed to equality and diversity. Applications from ethnic minority and women candidates are particularly welcome.
