David has practised as a barrister for over 35 years. He completed Accredited Mediator Training in 2008. His legal experience makes him suitable for housing, land or planning disputes but he does not regard his mediation practice as confined to those areas.

Overview

David has practised as a barrister for over 35 years. He completed Accredited Mediator Training in 2008. He had previously represented a party in a case in which he was instructed at mediation. David believes that he has the ability to find out the common ground between people who are in disputes and to enable them to come to agreement.

David is able to mediate a wide variety of disputes some of which are listed below:
