Grace has represented clients up to and including the High Court, which has included experience as junior counsel in a complicated medical treatment case; regularly appearing before the Deprivation of Liberty court; and involvement in forced marriage protection order and female genital mutilation (FGM) order cases.
Grace also accepts instruction in Court of Protection matters, having previously represented a local authority in a public children’s law case which eventually transferred to the Court of Protection.

Grace accepts instructions from Local Authorities, parents, intervenors, separately represented children, and the child through their Guardian. Grace is most regularly instructed in cases with domestic abuse as a central issue, both in Public Law and Private Law matters.
