Following the case of Hysaj v Secretary of State [2017] UKSC 82 [2018] 1 WLR 221, addressing the flawed nullity procedure adopted by the SSHD, and subsequent policy changes, many deprivation appeals are making their way through the Tribunal, and the current law is in a state of flux.
This seminar will provide practitioners with an overview of the legal and practical issues commonly arising in deprivation cases.
