The moratorium on possession hearings and warrant executions ceases on 20 September 2020. New Practice Direction 55C contains new procedural rules for the reactivation of existing possession claims and the hearing of new possession claims. Coronavirus Act 2020 (Residential Tenancies: Protection from Eviction) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2020 contain new notice requirements for notices of intention to seek possession, from 29 August 2020.

Marina Sergides and Liz Davies, housing law specialists from Garden Court Chambers Housing Team, will discuss the new rules and notice requirements and provide written materials. Tim Baldwin will chair the webinar.
