Paul Troop of the Garden Court Chambers International Team has been appointed as counsel appearing before the International Criminal Court in The Hague in the context of a ‘unique investigative opportunity’ under Article 56 of the Rome Statute. Proceedings are currently confidential, meaning that limited further information can be disclosed at the present time.
Paul Troop appeared for Gulamhussein, Tariq, and Kiani in the European Court.
