The Manchester 10 Appeals against convictions and sentence were heard over two days with Garden Court’s Keir Monteith KC and Audrey Cherryl Mogan leading the submissions. They were instructed for the Appellant, Ademola Adedeji, by Zachary Whyte and Ruby Breward of Sperrin Law. Tommy Seagull of Garden Court has supported the appeal by undertaking further research and analysis of the evidence.

Elena Papamichael, led by Arlette Piercy of 25 Bedford Row, was instructed by Ghislaine Sandoval for the Appellant Martin Thomas.

The No.4 court room in the Royal Courts of Justice overflowed with friends, families and supporters from Manchester and London.
