The mediators at this webinar will provide a thought-provoking discussion on some challenging scenarios which arise during the mediation process.

The webinar will explore difficult situations and possible responses where parties may receive incomplete legal advice, be less than willing to share evidence or overly rely on the mediator for answers.

Delegates will gain awareness into how these complex issues can be navigated and thereby approach the mediation process with greater confidence and insight.
