Module 10 of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, ‘Impact on society’, formally opened on 17 September 2024. The broadcast of public hearings began on 16 February 2026, with core participants making opening submissions to the Inquiry today. This is the final module of the Inquiry.

Garden Court barristers are representing core participants in the public hearings for Module 10. Marina Sergides and Roger Pezzani appeared in the public hearing.

Marina Sergides of Garden Court Chambers made an opening submission on behalf of core participant, The Domestic Abuse Group, consisting of Southall Black Sisters, Solace Women’s Aid & Latin American Women’s Rights Services.

Liz Davies KC & Angharad Monk of Garden Court are also on the legal team, instructed by Adriana Matrigiani for Public Interest Law Centre.

Roger Pezzani of Garden Court Chambers made an opening submission on behalf of core participant MIND, instructed by Kulthum Dambatta.
